Amy Long

Vice President of Talent Development

Amy is the Vice President of Talent Development at LeaseAccelerator and is responsible for leading the global talent development efforts and human resource functions. She was brought onboard LeaseAccelerator to lead innovation in all employee areas, including culture, recruitment, talent development, and talent retention.

She brings over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, business partnership, training, recruitment, and organizational development within the Telecommunications and High-Tech Industries. Prior to LeaseAccelerator, Amy worked at EdgeConneX, Inc. where she spent 5 years implementing and building the EdgeConneX human resource function.

Amy has worked in global capacities with companies such as Level 3 Communications, TATA Communications, and Sidera Networks where she led human resource functions in fast paced, entrepreneurial environments. She also has successfully managed numerous M&A activities from a human resources perspective.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from James Madison University. Amy lives in Vienna, VA with her family which includes two Australian Shepherds. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as hiking, snow skiing, and attending live music performances.
