David McCullough

Chief Financial Officer

David McCullough is the CFO of LeaseAccelerator. He leads Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, and Real Estate.  He has more than 30 years of executive-level, comprehensive experience in technology, government contracting, software, outsourcing and financial sectors.

Prior to LeaseAccelerator, David focused on his role in the C-suite at value added reseller, B2B, B2C, and outsourcing companies, including ANNAM FZCO (CFO), Deltek Systems (SVP), Gyrofalcon Group, and BTG. David also co-founded Compass BPO, a business process outsourcing firm, where he served as CEO. He later sold Compass BPO to the Birlya Group.

David’s distinguished career is marked by hands on leadership, revenue maximization, business development, and operations management. He has a proven track-record of leading diverse teams to achieve significant financial growth in challenging and dynamic environments. Some of David’s areas of expertise include: raising debt and capital equity, developing progressive strategies and operational efficiencies, negotiating company acquisitions and divesture efforts.

David has led business development and managed budgets ranging from $25 million to $1 billion. He has opened markets in 10 foreign countries, developing strategic international relationships. He has an impressive portfolio of multi-million and billion-dollar contract wins. He was also responsible for oversight of internal and external business accounting efforts in finance, forecasting, tax, and reporting.

David began his career as a business analyst in the Department of the Interior where he was called on to testify before the U.S. Congress. He is a Virginia CPA and CGMA. He received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from American University.

With a family lineage and homestead in western Pennsylvania, dating back to before the American revolutionary war, he is of course a die-hard Steelers fan. He lives with his wife of 25 years and two great black labs in Great Falls, Virginia.
