As the vice president of sales, Frank leads the LeaseAccelerator sales team in North America responsible for building relationships with new customers seeking to improve the performance of their leasing portfolio. His primary mission is to grow revenues by increasing LeaseAccelerator’s penetration in the rapidly growing Enterprise Lease Accounting software market.
Frank has over 30 years of experience selling technology and complex business solutions at various software companies. The past 23 years he’s held senior sales leadership roles at Wang, Oracle, Siebel, Reval, and Financial Force. Most recently, he was the senior vice president of sales at The Athene Group, where he led the team selling the Skience Wealth Management solution as well as their industry leading implementation and consulting services focused on the Salesforce platform.
Frank has consistently exceeded revenue and performance goals, achieving 20% to 50% year over year growth at multiple companies. Due to his 20 plus years of experience in managing sales teams selling complex business solutions, he has successfully implemented proven sales processes and best practices that have resulted in win ratios of 35% or better at various companies.
Frank received his Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from Virginia Commonwealth University. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and his two daughters. His hobbies include playing golf, reading, and rooting for his favorite teams (the New York Giants, Yankees, and the Rangers).
