Ingemar is vice president of finance and capital markets. He is responsible for growing the Global Lessor Network, LeaseAccelerator’s marketplace for competitive sourcing equipment financing. In addition, Ingemar is also responsible for financial planning and analysis as well as capital raising activities to support the growth of the company.
Prior to LeaseAccelerator, Ingemar gained over 25 years of experience leading finance, treasury, leasing, and strategy functions. He served as CEO and CFO of TransCirrus Inc. He also held positions at global Silicon Valley companies such as HP, NetApp, and SGI. At NetApp, Ingemar founded a captive lease program, called NetApp Capital Solutions, that he grew into $500 million plus business.
Ingemar has extensive experience in structuring complex financial transactions, financial and fiscal planning, capital market fundraising, budgeting and forecasting, strategic business development, IT system implementations, and mergers and acquisitions funding. His career is marked by his success in driving economic value through a focus on cash flows. He has managed investor relations, served in multiple advisory roles for strategy and finance, and led negotiations with leading global finance institutions.
Ingemar began his career at HP Enterprise Services. He earned his Master of Science in management and finance from Purdue University.
He lives in Chapel Hill with his wife and enjoys playing soccer, golf, and tennis when time permits.
