As chief customer officer, Tracy has responsibility for all post-sales activities with customers and business partners including professional services, partner success, technical support, customer success, managed services, resource development, and customer and partner training. Her goal will be to maintain on-going engagement, support, and collaboration with customers in the pursuit of establishing a highly automated, predictable, monthly global close.
Prior to LeaseAccelerator, Tracy was vice president of customer success at MicroStrategy, a software company that provides enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. As VP, Tracy was responsible for $280 million of recurring revenue, managing renewals from a customer base of 4000 that ranged in size from enterprise accounts to OEM end users.
In her previous roles at MicroStrategy, including IT compliance manager and assistant manager of internal audit, Tracy helped the company implement the Sarbanes Oxley regulations. This included developing audit programs to test the effectiveness of management controls. She also performed forensic auditing procedures and drafted audit reports for the CEO, CIO, General Counsel, and audit committee.
Tracy started her career at PwC Singapore where she led and managed audit teams from the planning stage to the competition stage of fieldwork. As an auditor, she advised clients on the implications of updates to accounting standards.
Tracy is a certified internal auditor. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and management from the University of Melbourne. Tracy currently resides in Leesburg Virginia with her husband, two sons, and their pet conure, Trinity.
