Tyler’s mission is to first ensure that LeaseAccelerator customers have access to a network of professional services organizations who can support day one compliance projects for lease accounting with services such as business process transformation, data collection, and software implementation. He also works with managed service providers and business process outsourcing firms to ensure that customers have options for on-going support for record-to-report activities for long-term sustainable compliance. Tyler also collaboratively develops and executes global go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and events with partners to drive new business. His commitment to speaking engagements at these events demonstrates LeaseAccelerator’s thought leadership on operationalizing these compliance changes.
Prior to joining LeaseAccelerator, Tyler was a partner at a Baltimore-based growth equity fund with a diversified investment portfolio. As a member of several boards, he was responsible for advising the leadership teams of the fund’s high growth portfolio companies on strategies related to direct and indirect sales, global partnerships, and operational improvements to fuel hyper-growth.
Earlier in his career, Tyler was the head of an investment fund’s public and private funds business, which grew to more than $100 million in revenue in a short period of time. Prior to that, Tyler was a consultant for Accenture where he helped companies grow through business process transformations, by outsourcing critical operations, and by developing high-performing enterprise sales teams. During his time at Accenture, he worked extensively with companies in the services and high-tech industries. Tyler began his career as a municipal bond trader and he earned degrees from Connecticut College and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
When Tyler isn’t engulfed in his love and passion for lease accounting, he tries to spend as much time as possible with his kids, hiking, playing golf, and trying to go to the gym.
