Operations Administrator

Location: Reston, VA

LeaseAccelerator is seeking a responsible, motivated operations administrator to join our fast-growing customer support team for Enterprise Lease Accounting. The operations administrator’s role will primarily be as an assistant to the manager of the customer support team. It will include providing support to other managers and employees, assisting in customer support team needs, and managing our team’s general administrative activities. He or she will report directly to the manager of customer support. This is an entry level role with the potential to grow within the customer support team and/or other departments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
  • Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office related events; send reminders regarding upcoming appointments
  • Suggest changes to office task workflow and administrative systems to improve efficiency
  • Assist in preparation of presentation materials
  • Assist in the development of training materials
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Take dictation and perform transcriptions
  • Research and create presentations
  • Complete other administrative and/or operational tasks as directed by the customer support manager
  • Collaborate with members of the support team to perform various tasks as directed by the customer support manager

Key Qualifications

  • A two-year degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 with expertise in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Willingness and ability to learn and pick up new concepts quickly
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Must possess an enthusiastic personality and foster a positive work environment
  • Experience with lease accounting, lease software, or supporting SaaS applications is a plus
  • Experience with audio or video editing software a plus
