The Equipment Lease Sourcing module was used to identify a new lessor from the Global Lessor Network. The competitive financing process delivered an IRR (internal rate of return) not-to exceed 3.36% for the likely end-of-term purchase scenario.  The IRR was substantially less than the incremental borrowing rate for the entity.
